Was instramental in my professional development
I was an inspector in the fire service and was asked by the commisioner to undertake study as part of my professional devleopment. The course was a combination of distancve education and face to face instruction. The fellows that were invited to instruct brought a wealth of knowledge combined with real life experience. The fellow students had brought not only knowledge, but as students were from Hong Kong, Singapore, and New Zealand, cultural perspectives that allowed for different perspectives on the content, and interpretations of the learning.
