Bachelor of Nursing
5 June 2013
This course provided a realistic perspective of what to expect when out in the real world when it came to the encompassing role of being a Registered Nurse. Anatomy and Physiology played an important role as did the group tutorials that allow students to share their knowledge and experiences with others in their class. The practical placement programs at a wide variety of hospitals and ward situations allows the student to experience a diversity of client situations, whilst allowing them participation in their care and treatments, helping the students to make important decisions as to what area/field of nursing they are drawn to for a career choice that will be the beginning of a life long journey of discovery,

Special education is a braod aspect that needs to be adressed accordingly. Students with special educational needs have to identified early in order for them to get help earlier, the assessment will further determine how they can be assisted and properly placed in accessible learning environments.
Knowledge of content and confident
Students have different learning styles and thats why they need to be attended individully to help them cope better. Students with special needs have got challenge with expresson and their morale is not well develpoed, so they can improve as they are attended individually. In this case the teacher has to have material that is suitable for each child. It is advisable to let students be helped individually in a separate room to allow them to feel free and be able to express them without any fear.
Strategies of handling students with special needs is vital in special education, not forgetting the element of assessment that will determine the strategies that best suit each student./
